Description

New to CUDA 8, nvGRAPH also could use a Python interface:

http://docs.nvidia.com/cuda/nvgraph/index.html#axzz4o4tI9BZJ

Would need to be optional since pyculib needs to support CUDA 7.5 for a little while longer.

Research direction

Read the linked NVIDIA nvGRAPH documentation and inspect pyculib's existing library-wrapper structure, though the issue names no specific files or tests. Determine the scope of an optional Python interface and how it can coexist with CUDA 7.5 support; done means nvGRAPH is usable when available without breaking older CUDA versions.
