vqgan -zvid error windows 10

Hi, so im runnin vqgan locally on my pc but everytime i try to use -zvid i get this error runtimeerror: cuda error: initialization error when calling cusparsecreate(handle) maybie someone here would know what i did wrong or how to fix it....?
