Graph not showing

Hello!

I just tried to use the profiler in the notebook, but no graph are showing, the table is present, but the graph not. You can download the small test that I wrote [here](http://mbarbry.pagekite.me/notebook/test-profiler/test_profiler.ipynb). Did I do something wrong?

Thanks for developing a nice profiler, I hope to be able to make it work.

Open the linked test_profiler.ipynb and reproduce the profiler run in a notebook. Compare the displayed table with the missing graph, then trace the profiler's notebook graph-rendering entry point; done means the supplied example shows both the table and graph.
