Description

I apologize for this; I'm reporting a bug on the NPM website here.

Because I couldn't find the NPM feedback portal, and the feedback function on the official website was unusable.

Below are the two issues I found. I would appreciate it if the npm staff could forward them to the website administrator.

2FA

Can not bind the two-factor authentication

Personal Setting

Can not open the personal setting panel.

As you can see in the video, Click the avatar then nothing happen.

I'm pretty sure I tried several different browsers, and the result was the same.
