Description
Even if Notepad++ is setup to restore the last session, files set to be monitored in the last session will not be monitored in the restored one.
Reproduction steps:
Enable "Remember current session for next launch" in settings
Enable "Monitoring (tail -f)" for a file
Close and reopen Notepad++
The file is no longer being monitored
The session backup should include whether or not a file is being monitored and restore that state with the rest of the session.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the four listed steps, then trace the session backup save and restore paths to see how monitored files are represented. Done means a restored session preserves each file's Monitoring (tail -f) state and the behavior is covered by an appropriate regression test.
