[BUG] Windows Programs and Features Shows Two Installations of Same Version.

Description of the Issue

When performing an in place upgrade of Notepad++ 8.9.2 (x64) to 8.9.3 (x64) via SCCM, Windows program and features will list two installations of Notepad++ installed.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Install Notepad++ 8.9.2 (x64)
2. Install Notepad++ 8.9.3 (x64)
3. Check add/remove programs.

Current Behavior

Two installations will seem to be installed but its only one installation.

Expected Behavior

Only one should show.

No files or tests are mentioned. Reproduce the upgrade from Notepad++ 8.9.2 to 8.9.3 through SCCM, then inspect the installer’s Windows Programs and Features registration during an in-place upgrade. Done means the upgraded installation leaves only one Notepad++ entry.
