[Feature request] <Make Notepad with the folder of the path like as KM tree>

Description of the Issue

Make Notepad can support the path to open from the text to click them open the path from outside.
If we can provide the ability to open the file expoler with the folder of the path in the text sentence.
Does it need also support with the file of the shortcut. example like as http://
@Path://G:\Folder1@

The issue names no source files or tests. Start by clarifying the proposed path syntax, clickable-text behavior, and whether files as well as folders should open; done means a documented, unambiguous way to open the requested path in File Explorer.
