[BUG] Notepad ++ blinks when clicking different lines

Description of the Issue

Honestly I dont know how to better explain it.

When I click different lines, notepad++ starts blinking the lines I clicked

I uninstalled np++, deleted the folder in appdata -- idk whats wrong

Here is the ini file I'm having trouble with:

Some more news -- I downgraded to np++ 8.4.7 and there is no issue -- so this is something that happened recently

Steps To Reproduce

1. open a file (ini file in my case)
2. start clicking different lines

Reproduce the blinking with the attached SpecialK.ini on Notepad++ v8.7 under Windows 11, following the listed steps, and compare it with v8.4.7 where the problem was absent. Use the supplied video and plugin/debug information to narrow the regression; done means clicking different lines no longer makes the text blink.
