Description of the Issue

When switchable dynamic graphics are set to maximize performance and open notepad++ everything starts flickering.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue
  1. Open power settings
  2. Set switchable dynamic graphic to Maximize Performance

Expected Behavior

I expected to work with that setting, If there is something in options that I can enable/disable to prevent that please let me know.

Flickering screen.
