Description

While hovering over the opened tabs, using mouse horizontal scroll (like Mx Master 3 mouse) does not make anything. Would be great to apply the browsers tabs like behaviour, when horizontal scroll moves tabs left and right (not changing the selected tab, just scrolling).

Research direction

The issue does not name files or tests; begin by reproducing the behavior while hovering over the document tabs with a mouse horizontal scroll. Trace the document-tab input handling and verify that horizontal scrolling moves the tab strip without changing the selected tab.
