Description of the Issue

Not all Setting's files save in Cloud

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

1. I set Cloud & Links for save Settings
2. Install new Windows (back up old Windows and Data)
3. Install NP++ and run it
4. I set Cloud & Links for save Settings again
5. restart NP++, all Settings restore (probably not all, but mostly, as i see)
6. But! NP++ not restore session.
7. I start compare old installed NP++ and new installed.
8. I found 3x places where NP++ save settings: C:\Program Files\Notepad++, ...\AppData\Roaming\Notepad++, path from p1 (Cloud)

Expected Behavior

I want NP++ save all settings in one place as expected (Cloud if SET).
I want reinstall NP++ and be sure all settings restore.

Actual Behavior

Atm session does not restore. Probably more settings do not restore, but i not so strong user and not see all things.

Start by reproducing the reported configuration with Cloud Config set to D:\Cloud\Settings\NPpp, then compare the files under the installation, AppData\Roaming\Notepad++, and the cloud path. Trace how session settings are saved and restored across a reinstall; done means the session and other settings consistently return from the selected cloud location.
