Could not uninstall notepad++ 8.5.2

Description of the Issue

Installing notepad++ 8.5.2 works fine.
Trying to uninstall it, a message appears
"Diese App kann auf dem PC nicht ausgeführt werden ... ", in english
"This app can't run on your PC. To find a version for this PC check with software developer."
Uninstall fails and cannot be executed wheter using Settings/Apps nor uninstall.exe itself.

System: Windows 11 22H2 german. (Build 22621.1555)

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

Windows 11
Install notepad++ 8.5.2 from https://notepad-plus-plus.org/downloads/v8.5.2/
Try to uninstall it.
Above message appears.

Windows 10
Install and uninstall works fine.

Expected Behavior

Uninstall on Windows 11 shpuld be possible.

Start by reproducing the failure on Windows 11 22H2 using the Notepad++ v8.5.2 installer, then compare uninstall.exe with removal through Settings/Apps and the working Windows 10 case. The payload names no source files or tests, so identify the installer and uninstaller entry points before making changes. Done means v8.5.2 can be removed successfully on Windows 11.
