Description
The Settings menu currently has an option "Edit Popup ContextMenu" that gives a warning message and then opens the "contextMenu.xml" file.

Now that there's also a configuration file for the tab context menu (#12170), I think it should also have an entry in this menu.
Also, there should probably be a space in "ContextMenu".

Research direction
Start by locating the Settings menu implementation and the existing "Edit Popup ContextMenu" entry that opens contextMenu.xml. Read issue #12170 to identify the tab context-menu configuration file and follow the existing warning-and-open behavior. Done means the Settings menu offers the tab context-menu editor and uses the requested spacing in the label.
