Description

Story

There seems to be a few features missing when creating a Stimulus Case Study question from the form. At the moment the user cannot add any scenarios to the question. Also, while a user can add an image to the Stimulus Case Study (parent) question, they cannot add images to the child questions

Acceptance Criteria

  • As a user, I can to add Scenarios to the Stimulus Case Study via the form.
  • As a user, I can add images to the sub-questions of a Stimulus Case Study question through the form.
