Description
Currently iperf just returns parsed output as dict
Would be great to have API like
throughput =iperf.final_bandwith(unit="Mbits/sec")
transfered =iperf.total_transfer(unit="MBytes")
It should take last record of report (the one with interval 0-max) and recalculate bandwith according to requested unit.

Research direction
Start by locating the iperf result parser and any existing tests for report records. Confirm how the final 0-max interval is represented, then define the retrieval API and unit conversion behavior so throughput and total transfer use that record and requested units.
