Description

Hello,

Please look into creating an overview dashboard per network showing less technical data, easier to understand for end customers and showing them an overview of all alarms.

Items that might be handy (if possible the same dashboard should be usable for LTE and 5G)

  • Amount of Critical/Major/Minor Alarms active and a list with historic and active alarms sorted by NOT cleared at the top. If possible show this in one list.
  • Add a general bandwidth overview in UL and DL.
  • Add cell availability in a graph
  • Add End user devices amount. (UE Quantity)

We have created such a dashboard for LTE before but we would like to know what your view on this is:

Research direction

Start with the existing LTE dashboard referenced in the issue and determine how its data is sourced. Define a per-network dashboard usable for LTE and 5G that combines alarm status and history, UL/DL bandwidth, cell availability, and UE quantity; completion should be judged against those requested overview elements.
