Description

Hi, kudos for this awesome plugin.

Would you mind adding a section about "What does this plugin do" to the README. From the first look I thought it would generate a Dockerfile and necessary files for users. I also think it is more user-friendly that way. I don't know if it's possible to change the current approach.

Research direction

Read the README and the plugin description to understand the current approach before editing. Add a section titled "What does this plugin do" that clearly explains what the plugin generates or does for PDM projects and clarifies whether it creates a Dockerfile and related files. Done means the README answers the user's first-look question without changing the plugin behavior.
