Description
From the plan
A mise registry entry in the same pass.
mise use -g cargo:git-tpland
mise use -g github:noirbizarre/git-tplboth work today and are documented.
An entry injdx/mise'sregistry.tomlis what makes the short
mise use -g git-tplwork, and it consumes the same artefact as the other
two.
Acceptance
- A PR to
jdx/miseaddinggit-tpltoregistry.toml. mise use -g git-tplinstalls a working binary on Linux and macOS.docs/getting-started/installation.mdleads with the short form once it
lands.
Note on timing
All of this is downstream of a version somebody else depends on. Packaging
0.1.x means chasing it.
Depends on #22 — the .tar.gz archives remove the rename this package would otherwise have to carry.

Research direction
Start by checking the dependency on #22 and the existing entries in jdx/mise's registry.toml. Then review docs/getting-started/installation.md and verify the documented short form works on Linux and macOS. Done means a PR adds git-tpl to the registry, installs a working binary with mise use -g git-tpl, and updates the installation guide.
