Description
I would highly appreciate it if the flags used in this project were explained properly in the README file, namely the -DBUILD_TESTING, -DASAN, -DCODE_COVERAGE and -DUVWASI_DEBUG_LOG.

Research direction
Start with the README and review the project’s use of -DBUILD_TESTING, -DASAN, -DCODE_COVERAGE, and -DUVWASI_DEBUG_LOG. Done means the README clearly explains what each flag controls and how it affects project configuration or runs.
