Description
Include a set of benchmarks (e.g. startup time, HTTP throughput, memory usage, etc.) in major release announcements, similar to Deno's release posts: https://deno.com/blog/v2.9#performance, https://deno.com/blog/v2.8#performance.
This gives users clear visibility into performance improvements.
