Non-violent communication / strategic workplace conflict resolution training for the TSC and moderation team

I tried to do it at the foundation level but it has stalled.

This is a request for the project (or foundation) to fund an online course to train the moderation team.

Only a few people out of the original moderation team established in 2017 who underwent the training are still around and I believe with the new moderation team members it makes sense to provide them training.

I'm opening this issue to get a rough idea if it's possible to get funding for this and if we have a documented process for vendor selection. (Ideally, it wouldn't be more than a few thousand dollars for a 6-8 meeting zoom course + exercises).

If it's possible, I'm happy to ask around and look for relevant courses (similar to what Tracy did last time).

I think this can help reduce friction in the project and improve the quality of moderation.

Determine whether a documented process and budget are available, then identify an appropriate online course for the moderation team; done means the project has a clear funding decision, selection process, and training plan.
