Description
- Remove people who are on 0 teams from nodejs-private. (They'll get an email notification about that so we probably want to give them a personal email heads up first.)
- Clean up "outside collaborators" and "pending invitations" in both nodejs and nodejs-private.

Research direction
Review the membership, team, outside-collaborator, and pending-invitation lists for both nodejs and nodejs-private in GitHub. Confirm which people have zero teams, coordinate any personal email heads-ups before removal, and consider the work done when the requested memberships and invitations are cleaned up.
