Description
Request permission to add another github-bot token on nodejs/node (ref https://github.com/nodejs/node/pull/34739#issuecomment-672298800). I think it only needs the following permissions:
Requesting a separate token as it provides more granularity over the permissions of each Action. If folks think we should just have a Token with umbrella read-only permissions it works for me too.
