Description

I recently released a Rust crate for Merve and I'm currently the only owner. Ref: https://crates.io/crates/merve

I want to transfer the ownership to @nodejs/tsc or a different team of choosing.

What's the procedure/steps I need to take?

Research direction

Start with the linked crates.io page for merve and review the Node.js administrative guidance for crate ownership and team transfers. Confirm whether @nodejs/tsc or another team should own the crate, then document the applicable procedure and required steps.
