Research direction
Start with the Node.js governance policy and the contributor’s linked PRs #65925 and #65933. Review the request in TSC issue #1892 and confirm the project’s decision process for restoring active Collaborator status. Done means the TSC has reached and recorded a decision on the requested status change.
