We have done a survey to select the locations for the Next Node.js collaborator summit. I've processed the results and extracted the following data:

There is also the consideration that, depending on the OpenJS community fund, there may not be enough money for all collaborators to travel twice.

Start with the survey data exported to city-rankings.json and the conference links listed in this issue. Clarify the intended summit decision, then document confirmed host and conference details alongside the funding constraints; the current issue does not define a specific completion condition.
