Description
As discussed in today's TSC call, OpenJS is reducing Ryan's time by 50% in November/December and then down to 10 hours a month in 2026. This is a result of insufficient funding for the role. Given a choice, we would love to keep Ryan.
This issue is intended to allow folks to volunteer for helping with the transition of this work and to the ongoing work of the build working group.
Note Ryan and the OpenJS pm team will be organizing transition activities in the following issue:

Start with the linked OpenJS infrastructure issue 89 and the transition activities organized by Ryan and the OpenJS PM team. Review the build working group's ongoing support needs and coordinate with the volunteers there; done means that transition support and continuing ownership have been arranged.
