Description
Hi,
I'm currently running;
Electron v 2.0.2
Nodegit 0.22.1
Before I installed nodegit my app was working correctly and now its not after installation.
I've tried all the solutions possible and I'm having problems with all that too eg.
http://www.nodegit.org/guides/install/from-source/ -gives me errors and I've installed python v2.7.15 and visual studio community 2017.
https://github.com/nodegit/nodegit/issues/828 - tried the workaround in there but that doesn't work either with the .npmc file or leads me to the problem above when trying to build locally.
Anyone have an ideas as to how I can get this to
work?
Thanks

Research direction
Start with the reported Electron 2.0.2 and Nodegit 0.22.1 versions, then review the installation guide and the workaround discussed in issue #828. Reproduce the build or installation failure using the mentioned Python 2.7.15 and Visual Studio 2017 environment; done means identifying a supported installation path or clearly documenting the incompatibility.
