Description

The root container of a user's account MUST have an ACL resource specified.

From https://github.com/solid/web-access-control-spec#acl-inheritance-algorithm

Deleting a root ACL will corrupt the Pod. Deleting the root ACL should only be done as part of removing the Pod altogether.

Research direction

Start by tracing how ACL resources are deleted and compare the behavior with the linked Solid web-access-control specification. Confirm the root ACL is protected from deletion while removing an entire Pod remains possible, and add or update coverage for both cases.
