Description
The PiSRF node stops working upon re-deploy. It requires a reboot of NodeRED or the pi to start working again. It works fine on Bullseye. Issue is for version 4.0.8, but has also been seen in older versions.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the PiSRF node failure after redeployment on Bookworm with version 4.0.8, then compare the same flow on Bullseye. Done means the node works after redeployment without restarting Node-RED or the Raspberry Pi; the issue does not name a source file or test.
