Description
Add quantities that track a subset of vertices/faces/points on a structure. Allow the user to interactively update the selection, and add a function to query the current selection.
This sliiiiightly violates Polyscope's 'one-way visualization only' principle, but I think it is okay. This is a quite common need.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by tracing Polyscope's existing quantity and interaction APIs, then define how subset selections are updated and queried. Done means vertices, faces, points, and similar structures can expose a current subset selection, support interactive updates, and have coverage for those behaviors.
