Description
Rick, could you provide a Numbers At Age Table you referenced in the settlement timing essay for example 1?
Additionally, could you look through the Settlement timing vignette and provide any more details, tables, plots, etc. that would useful to users there? The example set-ups section in particular might benefit from additional detail.
