Description

A simple wrapper function to generate the file structure needed for the analysis (model_runs, figures, input_models) would be helpful. (Quang suggestion from JOSS review)

Research direction

No file or test is named. Start by tracing how SSMSE currently prepares a run, then identify where model_runs, figures, and input_models are created. Done means a helper function generates this file structure reliably for an analysis run.
