Description

From July meeting: the suggestion was made that the "utility tools" drawer might be too general. There are a lot of NOAA logos, licensing statements, branding, templates out there that are helpful, and having them included in the FIT would be helpful.

Consider making a separate drawer to highlight these, perhaps “templates/efficiency tools” drawer

Research direction

Start by reviewing the existing “utility tools” drawer and how toolbox pages are assembled; the issue names no files or tests. Clarify which NOAA logos, licensing statements, branding, and templates belong in scope, then define the separate drawer’s contents and acceptance criteria before implementation.
