Description
Installing Npcap or Npcap OEM can take 30 seconds or more. That may not sound like a lot, but over millions of installs it is a huge amount of time. And it is much longer than WinPcap install seems to take. We should investigate more to better understand what parts of the install are taking up most of the time and whether there is anything we can do to speed them up.
