Description
Pcapusendqueue_transmit_npf adopts asynchronous mode. When sending messages in a queue, there is a gap of more than 3us between packets, which is too long. Can we optimize this gap.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the more-than-3us inter-packet gap in pcapusendqueue_transmit_npf while asynchronous queue transmission is active. Measure the packet intervals before and after any optimization; done means the gap is reduced without breaking queued packet transmission.
