Description

After release 1.70, as the changelog says, npcap requires VS22 to be built.

Npcap is now built with the Win11 SDK and WDK (10.0.22000). We look forward to implementing support for the exciting new features of NDIS and WFP.

But all building scripts (just installer/Build.bat) are oriented to build using VS19. So, probably we need to change versions in build scripts?

Research direction

Start with installer/Build.bat and inspect the VS19-oriented build settings. Compare them with the release 1.70 requirement for VS22 and the Win11 SDK/WDK version 10.0.22000. Done means the building script reflects the stated toolchain requirements.
