Describe the bug
Hello everyone, I have a problem, I can't use Wireshark, because npcap doesn't install its services :
I have no errors when installing npcap, either through the installer on the site, or through the auto install when I installed wireshark...
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- When I want to use Wireshark, it informs me that I don't have a capture device, and that I need to start the services with "net start npcap" if Npcap is installed or
"net start npf". - I get errors when I try to do these commands in a terminal as an administrator.
And the command "sc query npcap" informs me that there is no service with this name.
Expected behavior
I can't use Wireshark because I can't install the npcap service.

➡️I have nothing visible on it when installing npcap / trying to use with wireshark and cmd "net start npcap". -
If installation failed, include SetupApi.dev.log
➡️As far as I'm concerned, there are no errors during installation. -
Any special hardware or software that may be relevant: VPN, firewall, antivirus, virtualization (SR-IOV passthrough, etc).
➡️I have a few VPNs installed on my machine (riseupVPN / stormshield SSL VPN Client and Kaspersky VPN). My antivirus : kaspersky (I deactivated it completely during installation, at the same time as Windows Defender.), Virtualization is enabled on my machine, because I'm using VMware Workstation Pro. HyperV is also active.
