Npcap fails at installing NDIS Filter Driver
Fails in both user and administration mode.

I have tried this with both the 1.75 and the 1.60 versions of Npcap.
No change.
I have changed the Admin Template device installation restrictions.
Still no luck.
I have the following -

ZeroTier
Virtualbox (not installed on a virtual machine just letting you know the software is installed)
