Description

Hello
We have a following scenario.
One of our application when booting and logging in connects to NPCAP and finds all the ipaddresses and able to find the desire IPAddress through standard user. The application is in kiosk mode.
Now the application does allow to get out koisk mode to some other application and then back to kiosk mode.
So when we go out of kiosk mode and start application again, NPCAP is not able to find any ipaddress. Even the ipaddress which it connected to earlier it was not able to connect now. It give access denied error.

Research direction

No source files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reproducing the kiosk-mode transition and the access-denied failure described here, then trace NPCAP's reconnect and IP-address discovery path; done means the application finds and reconnects to its IP addresses after returning to kiosk mode.
