Description

I have an adapter that I usually use with Acryllic Wifi Professional which uses SharpPcap (based on NPcap I'm told).
This correctly detects the channel.

When I use Wirshark and npcap 1.55 the Presence flag for Channel is set but the value is displayed as 0.

This issue appears to have been raised before on the previous issues site as #1507
but the symptoms are still very much there.
Correctly displaying channel number is important when channel hopping in monitor mode

Research direction

Start by reproducing the radiotap capture with Wireshark and npcap 1.55, then compare it with the SharpPcap/Acryllic Wifi Professional result described in the report. Trace why the Channel presence flag is set while its value is zero; done means Wireshark displays the correct channel during monitor-mode channel hopping.
