Description
It seems that if I use winpcap it will work
I am trying to switch my system to npcap
I am running Windows 10 Business and Wireshark latest version with the latest version of Ncap
I am trying to run a remote capture, the remote system is Ubuntu, rpcapd compiled from the sources managed by the tcpdump project
I am not seeing any traffic hitting the remote system when Wireshark is trying to retrieve the remote interfaces. Is this a well known problem?
Are the above components compatible with each other?

Research direction
Start by reproducing the remote-capture setup described: Wireshark on Windows 10 with Npcap, connecting to rpcapd on Ubuntu, then compare it with the reported WinPcap behavior. Done means the compatibility problem is isolated and rpcap client support is tested against the stated components.
