Windows Server 2012 R2 - Failed to create npcap service

Hi,
I am stuck on another issue.

I am trying to install npcap 0.9994 on Windows Server 2012 R2, but installation is always aborted with error message Failed to create npcap service. Install newest version from ...

I am testing WinPCap and NpCap, so I already uninstall WinPCap and install WinPCap back few times (I am nto sure now, but I think I had npcap installed there already before). I can install WinpCap without the problem.

EDIT1: I deleted both Packet.dll and wpcap.dll from system32 and Syswow64. I tried to restart srever several times. I have no npcap/winpcap hanging service in Windows services. And Interesting fact: when I tried to install npcap, installation failed with above error, so I decided to install back WinPCap, but I couldnt do it (Internal version of 5.0.9994 is already installed) and I have to again manually delet packet.dll and wpcap.dll to be able to install WinpCap back. I feel like there is some registers hanging or something like that...

Do you guys have some ideas why its not working, I would love to try NpCap more permanently there because with WinpCap, I have BSOD?
