Description
Immediately upon completion of npcap-0.9990 install on Server2008R2, the network adapter (a Citrix PV network adapter) shows no network connection.
Even after reboot, still the same issue.
No connections are available regardless of attempts to resolve the issue whilst keeping npcap installed.
As soon as uninstall of npcap is completed, the network immediately starts working and other computers can see and connect to the server.
However, other computers connected via VPN can no longer ping the server or connect to shared drives on the server, this is still an outstanding issue that I can't resolve.
I can't upload a diagnotic log because I needed to uninstall the npcap driver.

Research direction
The report identifies npcap-0.9990, Server2008R2, and a Citrix PV network adapter, but names no source file, test, or diagnostic log. Start by reproducing the installation and adapter failure with npcap installed, then collect diagnostics; done means the adapter remains usable after installation and reboot without uninstalling npcap.
