Describe the feature
Ported from nuxt/nuxt#35810.
According to Cloudflare Docs, now it's recommended to use wrangler types to generate worker-configuration.d.ts, which requires wrangler.json. But Nuxt only generates wrangler.json when nuxt build, so it's expensive. It'll be nice if we can have a .nuxt/wrangler.json during dev.
