Description
When baseURL !== '/' is specified, paths with / are also pre-rendered (maybe it is just the prerender log), prerender:routes is fine and also the info (using tanstack start + nitro v3 vite plugin + react):

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue with a non-root baseURL in the Nitro v3 Vite plugin setup and inspect the prerendering flow around the prerender:routes entry point. Confirm whether / routes are actually generated or only logged; done means non-root baseURL prerendering no longer includes unintended / routes while prerender:routes remains correct.
