Description
Describe the feature
Context: https://github.com/nuxt/nuxt/issues/30067
As meta-frameworks can override prerender behavior, it might be helpful to print a short context of configuration.
- crawler enabled? + initial routes count
- concurrency/interval
Additional info we can print only in case of errors:
- fail on error
- retry / retryDelay
Additional information

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the prerender configuration and its existing logging; implement context output for crawler status, initial route count, concurrency, and interval, with the error-only retry and failure settings. Done means these values appear in the relevant prerender output and errors include the additional settings.
