Description

Describe the feature

As in Nuxt, strict should ideally be enabled by default.

Additional information

Overwriting tsconfig works as well so far:

// https://nitro.unjs.io/guide/typescript
{
    "extends": "./.nitro/types/tsconfig.json",
    "compilerOptions": {
        "strict": true
    }
}

Research direction

Start with the TypeScript configuration described in the issue and the linked Nitro TypeScript guide, especially the generated .nitro/types/tsconfig.json and the extending tsconfig. Verify where the default compiler options are defined and whether enabling strict preserves the existing type-checking behavior; done means the default configuration enables strict without requiring the documented override.
