Description

Research direction

Start at the devProxy option handling and review the node-http-proxy “Listening for proxy events” API referenced in the issue. Determine how event hooks could be exposed for request-header operations, then verify that the resulting options support the requested proxy events without breaking existing ServerOptions behavior.
