Description
Now that we have a localisation tracking ( @Philoul ) for the pod/canula/CGM, it would be nice to have a user option that will permit to open the localisation tracking page automatically after a pod/CGM change.
Default setting OFF (same as now, user needs to open the localisation page). If set to ON, once the Pod/canula/CGM change is noted/finished, the localisation page opens.

Research direction
Start by locating the pod/canula/CGM change completion flow and the existing localisation tracking page, then inspect how user options are stored and read. Add an option defaulting to OFF so the page opens after a change only when enabled, and verify both settings paths and change flows.
